the mind & body calendar (mild) aims to promote mental wellbeing by integrating mindfulness and physical movement into a regular schedule. this calendar allows for an easy start to building better habits for healthy wellbeing. subscribe to the mind & body calendar (mild) for a gentle reminder mondays through saturdays to practice either at least 15 mins of mindfulness or 30 minutes of physical movement.
